GUARDIAN/CAMPER RELEASE

Athletes may be used in marketing and promotional materials.

You are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to any illness exists in any public place where people are present. By attending camp, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to injury or illness and agree not to hold Point Guard University LLC or any of their affiliates or employees liable for any injury or illness.

Furthermore, by checking the agreement box on the Camp Registration screen when you sign up, you agree not to hold Point Guard University LLC, any associated coaches, gyms, districts or associates accountable for any injury and/or harm.

CAMP REFUND POLICY

​

Full refunds are available up to seven (7) days after initial registration.

​

In addition, no refunds will be available after May 26, 2024, regardless of when you registered. This is due to facilities, coaches, materials and travel arrangements being paid for by this time. If there is an injury or illness, there are potential options for rolling over your registration to another camp or giving your registration to another would-be camper.
