GUARDIAN/CAMPER RELEASE

Athletes may be used in marketing and promotional materials.

You are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to any illness exists in any public place where people are present. By attending camp, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to injury or illness and agree not to hold Point Guard University LLC or any of their affiliates or employees liable for any injury or illness.

Furthermore, by checking the agreement box on the Camp Registration screen when you sign up, you agree not to hold Point Guard University LLC, any associated coaches, gyms, districts or associates accountable for any injury and/or harm.

CAMP REFUND POLICY

Full refunds are available for those that purchase the Refund Protection policy upon checkout.

​

If you choose not to purchase this addition, you may still roll your athletes registration over to a future summer camp.
